When men are constantly cat-calling me on my way to work
When my commute is too long
When I suffered the agony of apartment hunting in NYC
When brokers are flakes/assholes/pushy/incompetent
When I’m scared I’ll never find the apartment I’m looking for
When I see the apartment of my dreams for the first time
When we apply and have to wait to see if we’re approved
When I argue with my roommates about who gets which room
When we figure everything out, meet the landlord, and finally SIGN THE LEASE!!!!!
When I gaze up at my new apartment on N. 7th and Bedford in Williamsburg
